2. Products & Digital Content
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Minor typographical, technical, or display errors may occur. Nothing in this provision limits any right or remedy available where a product materially differs from its description or fails to conform to requirements imposed by applicable law.
- Digital Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout following successful payment processing. Any license provided with digital content is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the purchaser's authorized use, subject to these Terms and any additional license terms stated with the product.
- Availability & Pricing: Prices, product offerings, and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may modify or discontinue products prospectively at any time. Such changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or accepted orders except where permitted or required by applicable law.
3. Orders, Billing, and Payments
- Order Acceptance: Subject to applicable law, we may refuse, cancel, or limit an order before fulfillment where reasonably appropriate, including because of suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, product unavailability, legal or compliance requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before any product or access has been delivered, all amounts paid to Roza Publishing for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method unless, and only for as long as, returning the funds is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, sanctions, a court or government order, or another legally binding requirement. If the restriction ends, we will issue the refund unless otherwise legally required.
- Payment Processing: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information that you are authorized to use.
- Currency: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are listed and payable in United States dollars (USD).
- Taxes, Duties & Shipping: Taxes that we are required to collect and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Physical shipments may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, or similar amounts that cannot reasonably be determined at checkout. Unless we expressly state that Roza Publishing will cover such charges, they may be the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this provision transfers to the customer any tax, duty, fee, or other charge that applicable law requires Roza Publishing to bear.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, works, creations, and materials made available through this website—including text, graphics, books, periodicals, publications, offers, cover art, digital downloads, branding, artwork, and website design—are owned by Roza Publishing or their respective content creators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Restricted Use: Unless expressly authorized in writing by Roza Publishing, you may not monetize, reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, redistribute, publish, transmit, upload, adapt, modify, translate, teach from, use to train or develop artificial intelligence systems or models, or otherwise exploit any such content, works, creations, and materials, in whole or in part, in any format or medium.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns
- 90-Day Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee: Roza Publishing offers a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee on all offers. To receive a full refund of the amount paid to Roza Publishing, email refund@rrrooozzzaaa.net within 90 calendar days of purchase and include your order information. No explanation is required, although feedback is appreciated. We will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, although your financial institution may take additional time to process it. Once a refund is issued, access to the product and any future updates, including lifetime updates where applicable, is revoked.
- Digital Goods: If a digital file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product purchased, please contact support@rrrooozzzaaa.net so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
- Physical Goods: To request a refund for a physical product under our 90-day voluntary money-back guarantee, email refund@rrrooozzzaaa.net within 90 calendar days of purchase and include your order information. If the product must be returned, we will provide return instructions. If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product purchased, please contact support@rrrooozzzaaa.net with your order information and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any legal guarantee, conformity right, cancellation right, withdrawal right, refund right, or other consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
5A. Physical Shipping & Delivery
When physical products are offered, available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery timeframes will be presented with the applicable product or at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact support@rrrooozzzaaa.net. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory delivery, cancellation, replacement, refund, or other consumer right under applicable law.

- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roza Publishing and its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or our products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability, warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
8. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roza Publishing and its affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, or reasonable legal costs arising directly from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive any consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their place of residence or another jurisdiction where such protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates to our website. Changes take effect on the date posted unless otherwise stated and apply prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases or mandatory consumer rights.
